The site within the Hickories Park for development of this facility was made available by the Town Board of the Town of Owego.
Operation and upkeep of this facility is provided by the Owego Dog Owners Group, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
When visiting this beautiful off-leash dog park, chances are that you will meet a member of the ODOG Park Crew.
The Crew is responsible for scheduled, ongoing operational and maintenance support of the Dog Park facility. In addition to custodial tasks of trimming, raking, waste disposal and grounds inspection, Crew members serve as ODOG’s on-site face-to-the-public, available to greet Users, and provide information and guidance concerning Park Rules and etiquette.
